アンフォルメルなキャラクター

私たちが絵に現そうとしているものは生命です。
それは時に肖像画という形になったり、抽象的な絵の具のボリュームになったり、絵筆を介して姿を変え、キャンバスの上を彷徨います。
人間の身体は一つですが、社会の中で私たちはたくさんの役割や意味を持たされ、見かけのキャラクターを作っています。
しかし、それは一時の仮の姿に過ぎません。
さまざまな境界を行き来することのできる私たちは本来、形がはっきりと定まりません。ゴッホの絵画を眺めながらうねるタッチを辿るように、人生という歪んだ空間の中をただ流れることしかできない存在です。
アンフォルメルなキャラクターの姿を捉えることが、私たちにとっての生きた肖像になるのです。

Art Informel Characters

What we strive to express in our paintings is life.
Sometimes it takes the form of a portrait, sometimes abstract volumes of paint, transformed through the paintbrush and wandering across the canvas.
While we only have one body, we are given many roles and meanings in society, creating apparent characters.
However, these are merely temporary appearances.
While we are capable of moving between various boundaries, our true form is not clearly defined. Like tracing the undulating strokes of a Van Gogh painting, we are beings who can only flow through the distorted space known as life.
Capturing the appearance of an Art Informel character becomes a living portrait for us.
