We are pleased to announce the presentation of “JAPAN PHOTO AWARD + INTUITION | 2023” as a part of KYOTOGRAPHIE KG+ will be held at HOTEL ANTEROOM KYOTO from April 14th to June 29th, 2023. ​KG+ is an art festival inaugurated in 2013 with the objective of discovering and supporting photographers and curators who are anticipated to make significant contributions in the future. By collaborating with the KYOTOGRAPHIE International Photography Festival, KG+ creates opportunities for international photographers, artists, curators, and gallerists from both Japan and abroad to meet and exchange information on a global scale.​The JAPAN PHOTO AWARD, established in 2013, aims to showcase Japan’s new talents to the world. The judging panel consists of editors and curators working at the forefront of the global art scene, providing ambitious individuals with the opportunity to challenge themselves. Award recipients have gone on to achieve notable success, including publishing photo books, holding solo exhibitions at museums, and collaborating with internationally renowned fashion brands.
