Introduction:
We are pleased to announce that ARCUS Project will launch a short-term residency program, ARCUS Research, starting in June 2022. While this new program is separated from the existing artist-in-residence, ARCUS Research is a self-directed program that enables not only artists but also curators, researchers, writers, and practitioners in the cultural field to focus on in-depth research and engage in creative discourses and activities. Located between Tokyo and Mt. Tsukuba, the participants can enjoy the dynamic yet solitary working space without interruption in a supportive environment to nurture and unwind the creative process.
The program offers a one or two months residency period from June to August 2022. The application deadline is December 24, 2021. Please read through the application guideline. We look forward to receiving your application.
